What kind of accommodations are available at Windsor Island Resort?
Windsor Island offers a variety of privately owned vacation homes—ranging from cozy 3-bedroom houses to spacious 7-bedroom villas. Each home is fully furnished and professionally managed, giving you the space and comfort of a private residence with full access to resort-style amenities.
Is access to the amenities included with my stay?
Yes. All registered guests staying in a Windsor Island Resort vacation home have full access to the resort amenities. This includes the water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, and playground.
How do I book a vacation home?
Vacation homes at Windsor Island Resort can be booked through:
Major travel platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott Homes & Villas, etc.)
Specialized vacation-home agencies
Direct websites operated by the individual property managers
Once you book, you will receive check-in instructions, door codes, and any community access details from the host or property manager.
Are private cabanas included or do I need to reserve one?
Private cabanas are not included with your stay.
They must be reserved separately through the resort’s clubhouse, and availability can vary by season. Cabanas typically include shade, seating, and a mini fridge. Check for Cabana pricing at the clubhouse front desk.
Can I order food at the resort?
Yes! Windsor Island Resort features an onsite restaurant, Blue Marlin Grille, offering new Polynesian-style food and drinks that perfectly complement the island vacation atmosphere.
We also have a newly added quick-service option, Louie’s Snack Shack, for fast and tasty bites.
Be sure to visit our market, Island Treasures, where you’ll find a variety of snacks and drinks for your stay.
